By downloading, installing, or accessing and using the Vizbo: AI Powered Vision Board application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Our App offers subscription-based services with the following options:
All subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
In addition to subscription services, our App offers AI Credits for purchase through in-app purchases:
By purchasing AI Credits, you acknowledge that these are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase completion and cannot be returned or refunded except as required by applicable law.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
For AI Credit purchases, payment is processed immediately and credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed. Pricing for AI Credits and Premium subscriptions may vary by region and is subject to change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to you.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the App.
The materials on the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on the App. You are advised to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vizbo is established, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
